ALUG CD Burning Service

ALUG members are generally a friendly bunch. If you don't have access to broadband, you may find it difficult to obtain copies of the latest media for your favourite distribution or application. These may appear as cover-discs on magazines from time to time but there's no guarantee of that.

Luckily, many ALUG members have broadband and are more than happy to burn you copies of any free software on request, for the cost of the media and postage (if not collected at a regular social meet). If you would like help obtaining a particular piece of free software, please post your request to the main ALUG mailing list.

Please remember this is a voluntary service and is subject to no guarantees whatsoever.
