Q: What are the ATI Radeon driver options?
A: Well there are three posible drivers to use for ATI Radeon graphics cards.
- dri XFree86 drivers (Open Source)
- ATI supplied closed source but free drivers
- XiG closed source not at all free drivers.
However if your Radeon is newer then a an ATI Radeon 9200 Pro you only have one choice for OpenGL support, the ATI driver(newer X servers like X.Org may also support later Radeons).
