Welcome to ALUG - the Anglian Linux User Group

Our group1 promotes communication and collaboration between a local community of people, across the Anglian region of the UK, who make use of various flavours of GNU/Linux and other free, open source software. Membership is free and totally informal. Both novice and experienced free software users will find ALUG a useful arena to debate and contribute personal experiences as well as being a place to just ask questions.

If you're located in the UK in the Anglian region and are a Linux user, ALUG is for you.
Feel free to either get involved with an existing area's pages on this wiki,
or if there's nothing near you then start your own subsection!

Your additions are welcome, please help make these pages more useful to everyone.

Please visit UserPreferences to create a profile for yourself and then post your username on the Main Mailing List or IRC with a request for access to edit pages (sadly, the latter step is a necessary spam precaution).
